IAG BIHAR
  • Bihar Inter Agency Group in collaboration with Save the Children and UNICEF organised a Stakeholder Consultation on Child Risk and Rights Situation Analysis in Bihar on 21 November 2011 in Patna. The objective was to develop the understanding on Child Risk and Rights Situation Analysis in Bihar in view of the various disasters and aware about the roles and responsibilities of various duty bearers and NGO stakeholders.
  • Bihar IAG held a Training programme for Trainers on Child Protection in Emergency and Education in Emergency from 22nd to 24th Nov 2011 with support of Save the children and UNICEF at Patna for to build the capacity of the humanitarian workers and decision makers in Child protection in Emergency (CPiE) and Education in Emergency (EiE).

IAG RAJASTHAN
Disaster management and mitigation workshop was organised in Jaisalmer on December 15th, 2011. The workshop was organized by DDMA, with support of UNDP. More than 60 stakeholder attended the workshop.

  • State level DDMP Consultation: Planned for first week of January 2012.
  • District level DDMP Consultation: This consultation will be organized in January, 2012 with support of DDMA and UNDP.
